Kevin Skiles

Kevin joined Jordan Multifamily in 2022 as Vice President of Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing operations and financials on all managed assets to optimize Net Operating Income while enhancing communities.

 

Kevin started his real estate career in 2007 with the purchase of his first single family rental home at the age of 19. Since then, he has acquired a portfolio of single-family rental properties and short-term rentals, in addition to investments in numerous multifamily projects. 

 

Kevin received a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from The University of North Texas. Before joining Jordan Multifamily, he had a variety of experience preparing him for this unique role: working as an accountant in the US Air Force, managing corporate travel finance for a Fortune 500 company, helping families as a Realtor, and managing his own portfolio of single family homes. 

 

Kevin is married to his amazing wife, Kristen, and has one incredible daughter, Krista. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and beating the clock in escape rooms.
