Daniel Lin

Daniel joined Jordan Multifamily in 2022 as VP of Acquisitions. He is responsible for the execution of the firm’s overall acquisition strategy, including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence coordination, financing and closing.

Daniel earned his B.B.A. in Accounting and M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. Prior to joining JM, Daniel served in investment and financial planning & analysis roles for Caldwell Companies, Hines, Buckeye Partners, and KPMG. Most recently he served as an Investment Analyst with Caldwell Companies, where he supported asset management, acquisitions, development, and capital markets activities for a diverse portfolio spanning various commercial and residential developments and investments. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active outside, working out, music, and traveling.
